Olivia Rodrigo has released the deluxe edition of her sophomore album GUTS, titled ‘GUTS (spilled)’, featuring five additional songs including her new single “obsessed.” Rodrigo co-wrote “obsessed” with Daniel Nigro, who produced GUTS as well as her debut album SOUR, along with Annie Clark (who records as St. Vincent). The song originally appeared as a hidden track on the red D2C exclusive vinyl, standard black, and additional retail variants of GUTS vinyl.
Rodrigo posted on social media: “GUTS (spilled) is out!!!!! and the music video for obsessed too!!! I made obsessed with @dan_nigro and @st_vincent almost 3 years ago (
) and I’m so stoked it’s finally out in the world. it’s always been one of my favorites and it’s been so fun to play live every night on tour. Rodrigo also released a music video for “obsessed”, which you can check out – here. Aside from ‘obsessed,’ GUTS (Spilled) features the bonus songs “girl i’ve always been,” “scared of my guitar,” and “stranger” (hidden tracks from other color vinyl variants of GUTS). The brand-new song “so american” is also included on GUTS (spilled), which was recorded following the release of GUTS.
